Case partner with FENIX
FENIX is a certified VIP partner of RetailCRM, with over 1,000 projects under its belt. The company's founder, Dmitry Kaper, shared what helped him make his business successful and gain the trust of his clients.
“I tried different ideas for my own online stores, but in the end I went into employment”
“I opened a company and tried to assemble a team, but few were willing to quit their jobs.”

“I tried different ideas for my own online stores, but in the end I went into employment”
When I was 12, my godfather brought me a few boxes of lithuania phone numbers fancy rusks from Moscow. There was nothing like that in Tula, where I lived, so I started selling rusks to my friends. I got hooked on the sales process. I realized that you can make good money on this, especially if you are the founder of a “business”.

I started trying out different ideas: I opened stores on Instagram* and VKontakte, sold via dropshipping. But things weren’t going so well, so I got my first official job: I sold doors and flooring in an online store.

That’s where I learned about RetailCRM. Later, I went to work for an integrator who set up this system. I realized that I wanted to continue working with CRM systems — not just selling, but also implementing them.
How to become a RetailCRM partner
"I liked RetailCRM because it is tailored for online sales. I wanted to connect my life with online stores, and there is simply no better alternative. In RetailCRM, you can correctly organize work with orders, goods and offline points. The system is reliable, convenient and understandable"

“I opened a company and tried to assemble a team, but few were willing to quit their jobs.”
Six months later, I moved from Tula to St. Petersburg. At that time, only one company in the city was involved in RetailCRM integration — UnitOne — but they had no vacancies. So I decided to do the implementation myself. I opened a company and made a website.

I couldn’t assemble a team — few people were ready to quit their jobs without any guarantees. But then a friend joined me, who later became a co-founder of the company.

To get a RetailCRM partner certificate, you had to pass two tests — user and technical. And we passed: I knew the system well, and my friend knew how to write code. We

passed the certification, found our first customers on freelance exchanges, and completed 3 implementation projects with a score higher than 8 points. After that, we were connected to the mailing list with customer contacts from RetailCRM.
The company was named FENIX - as a symbol of the fact that the online store is changing, becoming better and stronger
How FENIX became a Profi-partner of RetailCRM
Thus, FENIX received the status of RetailCRM Profi-partner
Then we reached 10 projects, and the company became a Profi partner. We received more clients from RetailCRM than we could handle. But we took on all the projects to gain experience.
"We were not interested in earning the maximum here and now, but in building relationships with clients and working with them over the long term. We implement, and then communicate with the client in the chat for another year, helping.

At first, we worked for a symbolic price, gained experience. Then we started making a profit."

“For the first four years, profits grew 5 times annually”
The business began to grow rapidly. We transferred customer feedback to RetailCRM, our successes were assessed and more and more projects were given for implementation. The first four years, profits grew 5 times annually.

The number of people in the team also increased. Now we could afford to pay a competitive salary, and soon we began to hire experienced specialists.

In total, FENIX has implemented more than 1,000 projects. We started with 3 per month, and now we are working on 50. We do turnkey integrations, immerse ourselves in the client's business, develop solutions for its specifics. And we continue to grow. Not as fast as in the beginning, but the company's profits are steadily increasing by 20% every year.

“Customer care and human attitude are the keys to success in business”
We support our clients for a long time after implementation, we help and consult. We don’t tell them: “This is not included in the contract, you need to pay extra here, you wrote the technical specifications incorrectly.” We always take the client’s side and create a wow effect — we do more than was expected of us.
