WHAT EMOTION DO YOU WANT TO GENERATE IN YOUR AUDIENCE?
At AMO Growth we continue with the second installment of 12 webinars in which we talk about the generation of content marketing and knowledge in a dynamic way. Together with Diego Noriega and Bruno Migliorini we talk about knowing the audience and the search for content that will make your clients fall in love.

We are directly in the era where everything is translated into content, digital channels are increasingly investing in generating pieces that inform, provide knowledge and generate emotion for the client, the latter being part of the main objective of the webinar.

At this point, Bruno, a social communicator, gives us two very important concepts: Denotation and connotation, the first of which seeks to define the image, video or text that is expressed in a piece of content, while the connotation is the interpretation that each person gives to that graphic or textual piece, that is what we should think about when we generate content.

We can easily differentiate this under the news headlines of any Latin American country; “urgency”, “controversy”, “protest”, “complaint” are some of the main keywords in most of the daily news made by the media, accompanied by images that denote and connote a negative message.

That's when we need to change the message and the content. We can continue to generate informative content, but emotions can be transmitted in different ways under a positive environment of knowledge and value.
