Today, Google will most likely simply ignore bad links

That said, if Google determines that you’ve violated their policy on manipulative link building, they may still issue a manual penalty or they may algorithmically demote you in the search results.

Regardless, when performing an SEO audit, there are a few quick checks you should run:

Does the site have any manual actions listed in Google Search Console?
Is the site engaging in intentional violations of Google’s guidelines against manipulative link building ?
If so, you may want to disavow the link using Google’s disavow tool .

Disavow files won't block important links
To be clear: the vast majority of websites do not need guatemala mobile database to disavow links.

Regardless, you should still check the disavow file for that site.

Many sites contain old disavow files and don’t even know they’re there. Another SEO, agency, or site owner may have inserted blanket disavow rules, intentionally or accidentally. Without manually checking the file, you don’t know if you might be blocking important links.

To perform this check, simply go to Google's disavow tool and see if there is any disavow file. You may need to check each property individually, as domain properties are not supported.

If the file does exist, download it and make sure you are not blocking any important links to your site. If so, you can re-upload a new list, or you can choose to un-disavow the file entirely.
