How and what value will you add by using social media for your organization or brand?
Engage with your audience . Are they expecting you on social media? If so, what? And why should they follow you and engage with you?
Register relevant accounts for “the ponds where you want to fish”, integrate the house style and ensure clear contact details. Link these media to your website(s) and ensure targeted and applicable mutual links, so that you can share your content from one place – if desired.
Immerse yourself in the subject, some examples of relevant literature: Socialnomics , Meatballs with whipped cream and The Conversation Manager .
Additionally, investigate the possible levels of participation (listening, telling, dialogue, stimulating, facilitating, co-creating)
Ensure integration and embedding of social media within your organization. Do you have the capacity to engage in conversation with your target group? Can you anticipate what is being said? This is often where it fails.
Provide a clear action plan with tasks, responsibilities, evaluations (not only in terms of time, costs and belize phone number list results, but also evaluate with your target group!) and dates.
