apparently really find their place there. The target group is so specific due to the nature of the platform that the feeling of like-mindedness and fellow sufferers occurs naturally and strongly. The platform does not have to create a mutual bonding feeling from the start where people feel at home. This was also evident from the amount and nature of the content that was posted immediately after the launch. The main organisation also listens to the deliverers and has already improved several processes on their behalf. Lessons learned
Of course, developing and launching a new platform doesn’t always go smoothly. In the run-up to the launch, we were unable to prevent ourselves from going outside the scope here and there. For example, some discussions that weren’t about delivery quickly died down.
In addition, a functionality was implemented that shows a strong similarity with Twitter: deliverers could ivory coast phone number list follow each other and automatically have the status updates from Twitter or Facebook copied to their profile. The idea behind this was that KrantCafe could keep you informed of the status updates of your depot mates in this way.
Unfortunately: only 24 deliverers were willing to take over their updates from Twitter and Facebook on KrantCafe. In the meantime, the status updates of KrantCafe have been limited to only indicating activities on KrantCafe itself (new reaction here, new photo there) and the part of status updates via linked social networks has been removed.
