The three levels of change management
Simply put, this management is a form of discipline that helps guide development and experimentation within a business. It involves evaluating the structure of each team, setting goals, and identifying which innovations are needed to achieve them.

As a general rule, every change in a company happens at 3 basic levels. They are:

1. Individual
This is the central point of any change in a business. Even though some methodologies are obsolete and need to be changed, the first reaction of any individual to change is insecurity. Everyone needs time to adapt to new ways of organizing, especially in the workplace.

The idea here is to find a balance between encouraging change and the learning curve required to adapt. Once you find a good rhythm for your innovations within the team, new changes tend to become faster and easier.

2. Project
At a higher level, we have the changes that are applied to projects as a whole. Despite the importance and effectiveness of individual monitoring, it is practically impossible for any manager to be responsible for one person at a time during a project. If it were that way, nothing would be delivered on time.
