Let's look at this example of a SWOT analysis for a restaurant and to do so we will complete each quadrant of those we have already seen.

Juan is thinking about starting a restaurant business. He has been vegan for 8 years and has discovered that there are not many options for restaurants with this profile in Madrid, so he has decided to open one: The Vegan Way.

All their dishes are vegan friendly.
Every Thursday they offer open cooking workshops with experts in macrobiotic nutrition.
The head chef lived in Okinawa and has mobile number directory with name and address experience in this type of food.
Menus different from those of its competitors.

Customers can place orders via WhatsApp.

SWOT Analysis Hotel Example:
Let's now look at a hypothetical SWOT analysis of a hotel. Hotels, whether small or large, are very common businesses when it comes to thinking about entrepreneurship. Many people are encouraged to set up accommodation companies, so this type of SWOT is quite common. Let's look at the example:

Bea and María have teamed up to create a hotel in Seville to take advantage of all the tourism that moves through this city. Both are big fans of technology and minimalism as a design approach. The hotel reflects some of these values.

This could be your hotel's SWOT:

Strengths
The website provides a very good user experience.
In this area this hotel concept is unusual.
Pioneer in supporting social causes.
Reasonable quality/price ratio.
Very comprehensive range of services.
Friendly and attentive staff to the customer.
