How CrossBuzz works
Crossbuzz's office is located in Omotesando. However, the basic place of work is either commuting to a contracted shared office or working remotely from home .

I believe it is the president's policy, but I have the impression that we are actually given a lot of freedom in our work .

The "shared office" where you will work is a contracted "certain shared office" based in Shibuya which has recently been increasing in number of stores, and under the contract you will be able to freely use all of the multiple directly managed and contracted stores .

We are divided into several departments depending on the work, and each team can flexibly use various stores to work together, work individually, or gather with all employees for meetings.

In addition, members who live far away from a shared office have the option of working almost entirely remotely from home , or , like me, working half from home and half remotely .

Also, even if you usually work in a shared office, if you have a lot of work and want to save time commuting to the office, you can change to working from home if you let us know in advance.

For the Advertising Team
In the case of the advertising team I belong to, when new members joined we would meet together to work for training and communication purposes, but now we get together as a team two to three times a week to work in the same shared office, and the rest of the time we work from home, the nearest shared office, or whatever is most convenient for us .

Once you get used to the job, working remotely from home is good because you can use your commuting time effectively and work at your own pace. However, I still believe that in order to keep work going smoothly, it is necessary to meet face-to-face and communicate regularly, so for me, working half from home and half in a shared office is the ideal way to work.

You can also use imitation flex
In addition, working hours are basically from 10:00 to 19:00 on weekdays, but a "flexible" working schedule from 9:00 to 18:00 is also available .

The flex-like system was recently adopted after the advertising team made a request (acting selfishly) for various reasons, such as "We want to come in early in the morning so we can keep the monitors in the shared office," "We can concentrate better in the morning," and "We want to get home earlier so we can cook dinner for our families!", to which the two CEOs replied, "Let's give it a try."

It is not a complete flex system, but rather employees are able to come to work and go home an hour earlier (core time is 10:00-18:00). Not all members are using this system yet, but being able to go home earlier can sometimes help them use their time more effectively.

In particular, I believe that for many people who are thinking about working in the future, working hours are a major obstacle, and for families with small children, this one hour can be a big factor.

If there is a reason for your request for this type of working style, the company will properly consider it and implement it. They are also happy to listen to personal concerns and it is easy to take paid leave, so I think it is a very easy working environment for women and those with families.
