Although we have issued some limitations on the tool, concerning the management of Facebook Ads campaigns and customer service, Brevo remains nonetheless a major tool for the management of email campaigns and marketing actions.

Overall, users are very satisfied with Brevo and give favorable reviews of its various features. This is evidenced by its 4.5 ratings on Capterra and Trustpilot with a very high number of Brevo reviews.

Brevo users highlight two major areas in their reviews:

Brevo is a very intuitive tool to use, which offers many features including in its free version to support start-ups and VSEs/SMEs.
The reservations about the tool mainly concern the constraints imposed by the tool concerning the quality of the databases which can thus block a certain number of campaigns when the contact lists are scraped.

Integrations & Connectors
Brevo offers a number of integrations with other tools, including CRM tools like Hubspot and PipeDrive, as well as CMS tools including WordPress and Shopify.

A Brevo API also exists to link with your web host , which is very useful, particularly in the case of transactional email campaigns that draw on information from your website.

However, there are two reservations regarding Brevo's integrations: the low number of integrations with B2B CMS and the few connectors available to lead generation tools. It is also noted that the integration chile whatsapp list with the CRM leader Salesforce is not yet up to par and would benefit from being optimized.
