Do not capitalize terms

In legal texts, you can often see the words "Defendant", "Plaintiff", "Creditor", "Borrower" (with a capital letter) even in the middle of a sentence. Avoid this practice. The meaning of the concepts will not change when written with a lowercase letter, and the text will be easier to perceive. To highlight certain parts of the text, you can use bold or italics:

Incorrect. According to the Agreement, the Client is obliged to make Payment for the Goods to the Seller by March 5.

Correct. The customer is obliged to pay the seller for the goods before March 5.
