When a company starts a conversation, a window opens for 24 hours, which is no longer updated for 24 hours. After 24 hours, payment for the new conversation will be charged.

WhatsApp Business remains free for users with a lead flow of up to 1,000 monthly. This means that if you initiate no more than 30 conversations per day with different contacts, using the service will be free for you. As for large and medium-sized market players whose lead flow is more significant, they will have to pay a certain fee for using the service.
