Microsoft is not only leading the cloud and AI transformation, but is also leading the industry in the safe and responsible use of AI. The company has set the standard with an industry-leading commitment to defend and indemnify commercial customers from copyright infringement claims: the Copilot Copyright Commitment (CCC).
Today, Microsoft is taking its commitment a step further by announcing the expansion of CCC to customers using the Azure OpenAI service. The new benefit will be called the Customer Copyright Commitment. As part of this expansion, Microsoft has published new documentation to help Azure OpenAI service customers implement technical measures to mitigate the risk of content infringement. Customers will need to comply with the documentation to take advantage of the benefit.
And Azure AI Content Safety is now generally available, helping australia telegram data organizations detect and mitigate harmful content and create better online experiences. Customers can use Azure AI Content Safety as an integrated safety system within the Azure OpenAI service, for open source models as part of their rapid engineering in Azure Machine Learning, or as a standalone API service.
