Once you download the application to your PC, right-click on the task list you want. A pop-up menu will open with the option to 'Pin to Start' . This way you can pin the tasks or lists you want, and once they are pinned, right-clicking on them will allow you to resize them.

If you want to spice up your lists a bit more, TO-DO gives you the option of adding an icon to them. When you create a new list, or edit one, when you type in the name of the list you will see a button on the left that you can use to choose the icon you want.
