The terms "trademark" and "trade mark" are often combined, classifying them as complete synonyms of the concept of "brand". Although these words are similar, they have some differences from each other.

A brand is the name of your company that is widely used among consumers. For example, when registering with the tax office, you indicated the name OOO Kolosok or IP Vasiliev. Of course, the production is carried out under a different name that is well known to your customers. This is your brand name.

If you are registered as Kolosok LLC with the tax office, this does not mean that there are no more such companies. A legal entity can take any name. Therefore, it is possible that there are still a thousand more Kolosok LLC companies in Russia.
