Language, punctuation, words typical of a spam message

First of all, messages that look like spam do not encourage any kind of interaction with the sending company. In fact, an extreme use of exclamation points and capital letters indicates a rather aggressive attitude and email marketing serves to build customer loyalty not to make them feel threatened. Furthermore, a message that uses this type of gimmick or words typically attributable to invasive advertising messages could make you end up in the spam folder.
Emails are hard to read on mobile
It seems absurd to have to say it but yes, it often happens to me that I receive emails that are absolutely not suitable for mobile devices .
