Real Estate Classifieds Site

The real estate listings site had been losing traffic since 2012 , when various Panda Updates were launched at the time, and had subsequently seen traffic levels drop to 20% of their previous levels, which had stabilized for some time.
The site presented some of the typical problems of classifieds portals:
similarity between listings of ads by region and province (e.g. I'm looking for features of our advertising database houses in Milan and I'm looking for houses in Lombardy), corrected by means of a different sorting of ads;
partial external duplication of the ad pages , due to the fact that the user inserts the same ad in multiple portals. Problem solved by differentiating the text of the card, by requesting more information during the insertion of ads and the related ads box;
excess of Google ad units in listing pages and single ads , reduced from 6 to 3, as recommended by Google itself.
After some time, the site has started to grow again, coinciding with the Quality Updates. A growth in 2016 was followed by a decline in 2017, which were followed by two growths , one in 2018 and another, more important, with the one in March of this year.
