UniAbrapp course addresses innovative methodologies for managing EFPC

The course “Efficiency and Strategy: Methodologies that Transform Management in EFPC” will be held by UniAbrapp on February 12th and 13th, in an online and live format, from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The classes will be led by specialist Cristina Schimidt and grant 4 credits in the ICSS PEC.

The course was developed with the objective of training ceo email database managers and professionals from Closed Supplementary Pension Entities (EFPC) in more effective applications of diagnostic, planning and strategic execution tools.

With a practical and dynamic approach, the training aims to help identify scenarios, structure clear actions and implement continuous improvements in operational processes. The program content will cover everything from fundamentals and tools for diagnosis and planning to indicator management.
