Whether you're using Windows 10 or Windows 11, you can switch views using the View by drop-down list on the right side of Control Panel . The default view is set to Category , but you can switch to Classic view with Large icons or Small icons . Both of these options resemble the Classic view from Windows XP's Control Panel .
