But how do you communicate with the consumer?

Post by Bappy11 »

Simple, be social, be a human being and use those qualities that distinguish a human being from slimy slugs or herd animals. Because hey… what is the most social medium on this planet? Yep, that's you! But since you are a marketer, you get a mnemonic. Not because you are a donkey, but because you have to build a bridge. A bridge to the heart and soul of the consumer. You get 3 R's; Relevant, Real, Remarkable

Relevant
Mass communication still works. (Too bad, because gogo's, bonkies and twerps really make me aggressive and Cillit Bang has made sure that I don't have a TV anymore). But the rise of new technologies makes it possible to communicate with people malta phone number list on an individual level. The advantage is that you can be much more relevant. But between the individual and the masses there are target groups. Target groups? Groups of people who pursue the same goal, people with the same interest or hobby, like-minded people who have something in common and who find each other on social media. Find them, listen, tell a story (don't shout), create common ground and be relevant in a social way. Don't break in with irrelevant spam in an online social environment! Identifying and responding to the wishes and needs of the customer still applies. Look at your consumer, not at the medium. Let's especially stop asking ourselves how to use Twitter. No, first ask yourself why and whether you can be relevant on the medium. Only then how... Every goal has its own tool!
