WebPromoExperts is a leader in the field of Internet marketing education in Ukraine. The academy's lecturers are practicing specialists. Recently, WebPromoExperts won a tender to conduct a "Marketing Director" course for the National Bank of Ukraine.

Before implementing NetHunt CRM, the Academy used Bitrix24. However, with the start of the full-scale invasion, it became extremely important to support Ukrainian businesses.
WebPromoExperts realized that if it continued to use Bitrix24, it would not only be financing the economy of the aggressor country through taxes, but also supporting military actions against its own state. This prompted the Academy to look for a Ukrainian provider.

Sales specialists started using NetHunt CRM in late January - early February 2023.
"Before that, we carefully studied the CRM systems market, conducted a detailed analysis, communicated with representatives of various CRM systems and involved a CRM integrator. We chose between 6 companies, evaluating them according to the following criteria: license cost, compliance with requirements, speed of implementation, ease of use, speed of adaptation, functionality and the ability to expand functionality. Pipedrive and NetHunt CRM suited us. The decisive factor was the high quality of NetHunt CRM support and the offer for Ukrainian companies in 2022."

The team carried out all the necessary integrations, migrated the database from Bitrix24. The process was long, but after completing all the settings, WebPromoExperts completely switched to NetHunt CRM and stopped cooperating with Russian software.
