How would you describe the company culture?

Post by sakibkhan22197 »

I've truly experienced a lot in my professional life and worked in a wide variety of teams, and I have to say that I've never felt as comfortable as I do in our team at ReachX. The doors are always open, and you can easily discuss anything that's on your mind. Everyone is there for each other, and we support each other wherever possible. Whether you're a student, junior, assistant, or senior—titles aren't important to us, and we all work together as equals. Even at joint events outside of work, you get a great sense of how much fun we have norway phone number data together and how much we value each other.

What do you like best about the ReachX?
Definitely the people! It's not easy to find such great people and colleagues who even become close friends. This is definitely reflected in our culture. It's a great place to work, and it's a joy to get up in the morning and get going.

Have things changed since Covid?
Of course, this didn't leave us unscathed. We had to grow closer as a team, as face-to-face interaction was suddenly no longer possible, and it wasn't easy at first to restructure everything and cope with the new circumstances. Client meetings took place online, and we were more on our own.

We were able to gain many new customers during this time, which was obviously extremely positive for us. I also consider the opportunity to work even more digitally in this industry to be a huge step forward. As I'm a big fan of remote work and home office, I personally found this change extremely positive and hope it has shown many companies that yes, this is possible.
