Who can benefit from the digital check in Reunion?

Reunion Island's VSEs and SMEs
The digital check is intended for companies, in the community sense, between 0 and 20 employees, whose head office is located in Réunion. They must be registered in the Trade and Companies Register or the Trades Register. All sectors of activity are concerned, with the exception of the digital and audiovisual sector. To be eligible for the digital check, your company's turnover must not exceed the set ceiling.

If your company has between 0 and 9 employees, your annual turnover must be less than 500,000 euros.
If your company has between 10 and 19 employees, your annual turnover must be less than 1 million euros.
Liberal professions in Reunion
Self-employed workers who exercise unregulated or similar liberal professions can benefit from this regional aid. If you are concerned, your annual turnover must not exceed 500,000 euros.

Regulated liberal professions (doctors, nurses, veterinarians, lawyers, etc.) cannot benefit from the digital check.

Reunion Island associations
Associations domiciled in Réunion are eligible for the digital check, provided that they employ fewer than 10 people.

What is the amount of the Réunion Region digital check?
The digital check that the Réunion Region is setting up allows you to obtain up to 3,200 euros in subsidies. The amount of aid varies depending on the number of employees in your company and the total expenses envisaged.

To apply for a grant, you will therefore first need to request a quote from a digital agency in Reunion.

If your structure employs between 0 and 9 employees: 80% of your expenses are financed thanks to the digital check, up to a limit of €3,200 in subsidy (i.e. a maximum of €4,000 in expenses excluding tax).
If your structure employs between 10 and 19 employees: 50% of your expenses are financed thanks to the digital check, up to a limit of €2,000 in subsidy (i.e. a maximum of €4,000 in expenses excluding tax).
The amount of the digital check also depends on the type of services. Each of them is subject to a ceiling. For example, the ERDF and the Réunion Region finance up to 2,000 euros for the creation of an online store . Regardless of the number of services to be carried out and their costs, the total amount of the subsidy cannot exceed the aforementioned ceilings.
