Passing the Power from the Most Authoritative Page

Post by suhasini523 »

Linking new content to the most authoritative pages on your website is a common practice. However, it is possible to apply this technique in reverse and give new content a boost.

Typically, one of the pages with the most authority is the home page of the site: it is a page that receives a large number of external and internal links.

Adding an internal link from the home page or from authoritative pages will transmit part of the PR to the new content and promote its positioning.

Mask “nofollow” Links
If you have links to pages with little interest (such as legal notice, turkey business email list privacy policy, etc.), you may be losing Link Juice through these links.

Link cloaking will make it impossible for Google crawlers to detect them and therefore will not count them in the authority distribution.

Fix Broken Links on Website
Although broken links do not lead to any web page, they are still counted by Google in the calculation of Link Juice and take away some authority from the rest of the links on a page.

This is why it is so important to periodically review your link profile and correct or eliminate those that are not operational.
