These are concepts that we have been actively working on at Tecon for years. Specifically, and most importantly, in 2015, we approved and implemented a modern, dynamic Equality Plan tailored to the needs of Tecon members. At that time, it was necessary to achieve higher equality rates between men and women than we had before, and after two years, we have managed to increase this ratio.

We could not make the mistake of maintaining schedules, measures and/or policies that were valid 50 years ago and, therefore, our Equality Plan includes: the implementation of a flexible entry and exit schedule, the possibility of teleworking and shortening meal times, among others.
In 2017 and 2018 we have increased the measures to reconcile schedules and personal, work and family life. We can highlight the flexibility to accompany our children to school , the gradual return to our honduras telegram database workplace after a period of maternity or paternity , or having paid leave in situations of illness of family members, in addition to a corporate volunteer program . Business Merit Awards

In December 2018, we attended the third edition of the Business Merit Awards organized by the government of Castilla – La Mancha, where we received the Responsible Company Badge from the president of the region, Emiliano García-Page. An award that would not have been possible without the implementation and continuous improvement of our Equality Plan since 2015.
