--Please tell us about your future plans for the app and what you think is important to make it loved by customers.

Kuwahara: Looking to the future, we want to increase customer satisfaction by promoting digital branding that thoroughly reflects the customer's perspective job seekers database and giving back to our customers.
Specifically, we want to update the app to be more convenient for customers and develop it by taking advantage of our field capabilities, which are the strengths of the Cosmo Group. Beyond
that, I think we can see the future as a total car life platform business.

──Finally, please tell us your satisfaction with iRidge's support and any requests you may have.

Kuwahara: For us, speed is important, so it's really helpful to have them respond so quickly and provide proposals based on the know-how they've gained from their many achievements.

During meetings, the iRidge staff work so hard that we often end up asking for things we can't do ourselves, leading to heated discussions (laughs), but we understand their opinions because they think of things as if they were their own, and I don't think they're a true partner if they just accept everything we say by saying, "Okay." I think a true
partner is someone who will speak up about things that are difficult to say with a sense of ownership, and who will say things like, "I absolutely need you to do it!" when something needs to be done.
I know there are things that are difficult to say, but please don't hesitate to continue to speak up in the future.
