Go to the CRM section and click on the Automation rules button.
NOTE: Currently, you can run automation rule test mode only on deals.

Click the Test mode button in the top right corner of the page.

Start testing using the demo deal . The automation rule test saudi arabia mobile number list mode will create a demo deal at the first stage. In the entity form, you can add customer data: add products, connect a contact or company, fill in any fields.
A second test mode using a real deal will be added later.

After that, the test mode window will open. On the left side you will see the automation rules of the first stage. On the right side there are two tabs:
Fields – you can select the fields you want to track changes to. Let’s say you created an automation rule that will change the deal name. Add the Name field .
Log – all technical information regarding automation rule actions is logged.

Run test mode on other stages or deal with pipelines
If you want to run test mode at a different stage, move the demo deal to the desired stage and start testing.

To test automation rules in other pipeline, go to it and start the test from the slider with automation rules.
Once you start the test, the automation rules will start performing operations. If they are set to pause and you want to skip it, click the appropriate button in the automation rules window.
To test triggers, take the deal to another stage and execute the action for the trigger.
NOTE : In each automation rule, the pause must be skipped separately.
During testing, the automation rules will change color and entries will appear in the log.

You can stop the test at any time and edit the automation rule. Click Pause in the test window , minimize it, and perform the necessary actions with the automation rules.

If you want to start the test again, move the deal to another stage and then move it back and click Start test.
Close the window and confirm the action to complete the test.

All information regarding the test mode will be recorded daily. You can find them in the Test logs tab.
