Commit to changing them

That’s why reflection can be your best friend at the end of the year. It allows you to acknowledge your failures but not let them define you, and it helps you capitalize on your successes by figuring out what you did right.
Regret says: “You screwed up. You’ll never be able to fix this.

It’s too late.”
Reflection: “You screwed up. Now let’s figure out why, learn from it, and do better next time.”
A step-by-step reflection process
My challenge to you this week is to take some time to reflect on the past year.
Set aside 30 minutes of quiet time—it could be in your living room in the morning before anyone else wakes up, in your car parked in a quiet spot, or taking a walk in the park without headphones.

Turn off all your devices. If you’re like most people, quiet is lithuania telegram data a rarity. Phones buzz, TVs blare, kids run around, texts come and go, social media notifications keep coming. So you need to be intentional about finding and creating a quiet place to reflect.
Close your eyes and review the year in your mind - start with January.

What was your big goal? What was going on in your world at that time? Then move on to February, March, April, and so on.
Celebrate the wins – What deals are you proud of? What new relationships or connections have made a big difference for you? What personal milestones have you reached? What accomplishments have you achieved?
Identify successful behaviors — What behaviors, mindsets, and disciplines led to those successes? How can you turn them into repeatable habits?
Acknowledge failures or missteps – What went wrong? What deals did you lose? Why did you lose them? What goals were out of reach? What opportunities slipped away? Where, when, and how did you let yourself down or let down those around you?
Think deeply about failures — Don’t just accept them, ask “why?” Learn from them and identify the behaviors and ways of thinking that are holding you back.
