The Startup Options page will show you several startup options, including one to enable Safe Mode. Click the Restart button.
When your computer restarts, Safe Mode will appear as the fourth option on the list, so press 4 on your keyboard.
Once your computer boots into Safe Mode, you can try various troubleshooting methods, such as disabling startup applications, to determine the cause of the black screen issue. Consider uninstalling problematic graphics, audio, and network drivers before rebooting and testing for a black screen.
A clean boot starts Windows with all third-party applications disabled, which can help determine the cause of the black screen issue. To perform a clean boot, follow all the steps above and boot into Safe Mode first.
In Safe Mode, open Task Manager by right-clicking the taskbar and selecting the appropriate option.
Once Task Manager opens, click on the Startup Applications morocco telegram data tab and disable all items in this list by right-clicking them and selecting the Disable option.
After disabling all items, open the Start menu and type msconfig, and you will see the System Configuration utility. Click on it to launch it.
In the System Configuration Utility, click the Services tab, then check the Hide all Microsoft services box. Then click the Disable all button.
Finally, click OK and restart your computer. This will perform a clean boot, allowing you to test various applications and drivers to see which one is causing the black screen issue.
