Let's first understand the necessary process before moving on to the skills to perform it.

All of these are there to allow users to retrieve information without touching the screen or typing anything.

This has major implications for those who rely on traditional typed search and a plethora of other arenas, such as the rapidly growing Internet of Things (IoT).
