isincreasingly at the center of companies' marketing strategies , aiming to increase campaign personalization and boost consumer trust and engagement. This is according to the fifth edition of the State of Marketing Report , a study conducted by Salesforce through global research of more than 4,100 marketing leaders.
Marketing departments ' use of AI has grown 44% since 2017; however, as personalization methods improve, only 30% say they are completely satisfied with their ability to balance personalization with privacy. Salesforce 's

Customer expectations have reached historic highs, and shop as a result, marketers' mission is increasingly focused on meeting consumer demands.
It's no surprise, then, that more than half (54%) of high-performing marketers (those who say they're completely satisfied with their marketing performance and investment results) say their company is pursuing customer experience- related business initiatives .
