Oda Juku Season 5 ~We heard Oda's thoughts!

Hello everyone. This is Ichikawa from the HR department. There has been a lot of worrying news
about new types of pneumonia and influenza in the world lately, but how are you all feeling? I don't like the cold, so I can't wait for the warm spring... I hope warm, peaceful days come soon. Well, this time I'll be bringing you a report on [Oda Juku #Season5], which was held on February 7th! But what exactly is [Oda Juku]?




As we mentioned in a previous blog, this
is a forum for our president, Mr. Oda, to moj database candidly talk about his experiences, what he has kept in mind, and what he is thinking now.
Although it is held irregularly, it is held about once every six months, with the first to fourth sessions in one season.
The theme changes each time, so you can learn something new each time.

This time, #Season5-1st session will be held.
The first session will be about "The History of iRidge".

From Oda's background, why iRidge was founded, and
why it became the current O2O/OMO business, the
content is full of Oda's personality and the history of iRidge.

In accordance with Oda's desire to talk with everyone at close range,
the event was open to everyone and held with a small number of participants, but this time there were so many people who wanted to participate that it was held in a seminar room
instead of the usual conference room .



The atmosphere was like this.

about his childhood, student life, employment, starting his business, and how he became iRidge . He talked about his family, what kind of work he did as a new graduate, unusual incidents, business failures/successes, and the inside story of how he got to where he is now in his O2O/OMO business. The 1.5 hours flew by with such fulfilling content!
