The Bitrix24 Mobile app has been updated. You can now switch between CRM modes from within your mobile app.

There are two ways to work with clients in Bitrix24 CRM – Simple (without adults) and Classic (with permissions).

CRM modes (Web Version)
There are two ways to work with Bitrix24 CRM – Simple CRM (without claims) and Classic CRM (with claims).

Classic CRM mode

Classic CRM mode is recommended for large telegram usa number and medium-sized businesses. When using this mode, all potential customers are added as leads to Bitrix24 CRM.

NOTE: A lead is a CRM object that contains information (phone number, email, website) of a person or company that has the potential to become a customer, i.e. to complete a deal.

Requests

Once a lead is added to your CRM, you continue to communicate with a potential customer and then convert that lead into a contact. This process is called Lead conversion . You can convert leads into contacts, companies or deals. Then you continue to work with customers and learn more and more about them. If you convert leads into deals, you can track the sales amount there, accept payment, calculate profit, etc.



Simple CRM mode
Simple CRM mode is available in all Bitrix24 plans. You can find all the information about Bitrix24 plans on the pricing page.
Working in Classic CRM mode requires a lot of resources and time. We made a Simple CRM mode without leads for small companies.

In simple CRM mode, all incoming emails, calls, requests, and chats instantly convert into deals and/or contacts.

By default, Bitrix24 creates one deal and one contact for each query. You can also specify whether Bitrix24 should create a company and choose a pipeline for new deals to be added.

If you decide not to close activities after a lead conversion, check the corresponding option.

What happens to leads when changing CRM mode?
If you are working in Classic CRM mode and decide to switch to Simple CRM, all leads will be converted into deals and contacts.

You can work in Bitrix24 CRM in two ways – with or without leads.

Now you can decide how to work with your clients in CRM and change the CRM mode directly in the Mobile app.

Open the CRM section in the Bitrix24 Mobile app. In the Leads or Deals tab, tap the tree dots button in the top right corner and select CRM mode.

You will see brief information about both CRM modes – Simple and Classic. Tap on your preferred CRM mode and confirm your selection.

What happens to leads when changing CRM mode?

If you are working in Classic CRM mode but have no leads, you will be switched to Simple CRM mode in a few seconds.

If you have at least one potential customer, follow the instruction below:

1- Select the simple CRM mode.

2- Specify the pipeline where converted leads will be saved as deals. You can choose an existing pipeline or create a new pipeline such as Sales.

3- Create contacts and/or companies in addition to agreements. You can use them to save contact information and other details about your customers.

4- Move events to opportunities. We recommend that you keep this option enabled so that you do not lose the events you have planned while working with leads.

Tap Continue in the top right corner to finish the process.
