Since 2011, internet fraud or cybercrime has increased from 21,075 to 88,859, according to data from the Ministry of the Interior. In the last twelve months of the year, the increase has been 46.8 percent and it is now the seventh most common crime above drug trafficking, robbery with violence or domestic abuse.
