Based on the concept of sustainability and corporate responsibility, within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals, the Cambridge leadership model “Rewiring leadership” and the guidelines of the Global Compact, we present this pyramid of the most relevant aspects, which comprehensively build the pyramid of sustainable leadership for the 2030 Agenda.
This is a classification of skills and attitudes that should be taken into consideration, from the basis of quality and people management to its maximum expression under the goal of excellence , to carry out any leadership action. A guide for those people who have the conscious responsibility of promoting the transformation necessary for sustainable development, through the consolidation and strengthening of these essential aspects:
The skills and attitudes included at the base of the pyramid linkedin data must be consolidated qualities for quality leadership oriented towards sustainability.
The apex of the pyramid includes those aspects that aspire to excellence in sustainable leadership.
The comprehensive pyramid of sustainable leadership for the 2030 Agenda must be seen as a whole in which all aspects are linked to each other.
Vertex : level built by 24 aspects on which work must be done. The more qualities are internalized at this level, the closer one will be to excellence in sustainable leadership for the 2030 Agenda.

Base : made up of 11 aspects. Essential attitudes and skills that define the basic qualities that must be internalized to develop sustainable leadership for the 2030 Agenda.
