Instagram statistics are simple, accessible, and don't require in-depth study. Simply by tracking the numbers and understanding what they mean, you can improve your blog, increase your followers, engagement, and sales through Instagram.
Let's take a closer look at how to use Instagram statistics.
How to see statistics
Full statistics are available only to those who have switched to a business account.
To do this, click on the three lines in the upper right corner, go to “Settings”, and then to middle east rcs data “Account”. At the bottom, click “Switch to professional account”. In some accounts, the line will be right in “Settings”.
How to see statistics
Next, you need to choose the type – “Author” or “Business”. The first is suitable for influencers, bloggers, celebrities. The second is for companies and sellers. If necessary, you can change the type of business account.
"Author" or "Business"
It's also better to link Instagram to your Facebook page right away. This way you can share stories on two accounts at once and run ads through one ad account. Instagram allows you to create a page right in the app.
If you don't switch to a business profile, you'll only see sparse statistics about your posts - likes and comments. You won't see the number of saves, follower details, or reach.
Where to find statistics
Once you have switched to a business account, when you go to your Instagram homepage, in the top right corner you will see an icon with three horizontal lines – the main menu. There is a section called “Statistics”.
