We specify the desired coverage (traffic volume). Based on this indicator, the bid manager determines the optimal rate for each key phrase, not exceeding the value specified in the last field. In other words, for each phrase, a rate will be specified at which we can get the desired traffic volume.
We set a premium to the bid (in percent), that is, the amount by which we will increase the bid in order to maintain maximum coverage in the auction dynamics and outpace competitors in the fight for the target audience.
We specify the maximum bid — the upper limit of the price per click, above which the bid manager will not be able to go. Do not forget that Yandex.Direct itself determines the predicted bid for the specified traffic volume and the written-off price per click. The bidder sets the bid value within the coverage you have selected, not exceeding the specified value.
Click "Save settings". The bid manager will automatically set bids in the selected advertising campaign every 30 minutes.
When you add new keywords, the bid will be set for them as well.
Keep in mind that Yandex does not apply the new rate immediately, it can take up to 30 minutes, during which clicks are paid at the previous price. Having launched the bidder, do not forget to turn on the advertising campaign itself.
If the campaign type is defined as "Search + networks", and the settings indicate separate bid management in networks and search, you must set the bidder's operating parameters separately for networks and for search.
